Extended Pilot Program

October 2025

This will likely be the only extended pilot of its kind for now, making it a unique opportunity to experience a full month of transformation, growth, and healing. Future pilot programs will likely be shortened to just 1–2 days, so this four-week series is truly special.

Overview

🗓️ When: 11AM - 3PM, Saturdays in October: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

📍 Where: Dirigo Fitness

👤 Capacity: Space is limited to a max of 20 participants.

🔍 Focus: Post-Traumatic Growth training, nutrition education, physical fitness, breath work, yoga, and more — with incredible guest speakers each week

Program Components

NUTRITION

Learn how to fight inflammation through food choices, decode nutrition labels, make smarter decisions when dining out, and build habits that support long-term health.

BREATH WORK

Discover proper breathing techniques that can reduce stress, sharpen focus, and help you power through workouts and high-pressure situations.

FITNESS

Each week we’ll progress through functional strength and mobility training — giving you movements you can confidently practice at home to build lasting strength and flexibility.

YOGA

Far from “just for hippies,” yoga can improve posture, activate smaller stabilizing muscles, and enhance mental clarity. This class will flip the stigma of yoga on its head — maybe literally.

POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH

Post-traumatic growth is the positive change that can emerge from facing life’s challenges. Through mindful journaling, meditation, and supportive group communication, individuals can reframe adversity, discover new strengths, and deepen their sense of purpose. It’s about transforming struggle into meaningful growth and rising to a higher level of functioning.

Our Goal

By the end of this program, we aim to help participants restore not just physical health but also mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. This is whole-person wellness, designed to bring the healing process full circle.

Weekly Guest Speakers

WEEK 1: Dr. Sergey Terrio – Alchemy Chiropractic

Explore how unresolved trauma affects the body and how zone chiropractic care goes beyond traditional adjustments to restore balance and healing.

"To say Revolution Fitness changed my life wouldn’t be enough. The truth is—Bill, Shaun, Jon, and this community saved it . . . Today, I walk tall. I live with purpose. I know my worth. And now, I strive to help others who are still in the hole, so they know they’re not alone—and that there’s always a way out."

"Having worked in public safety for over 22 years, I was diagnosed with PTSD . . . and placed on medication that caused me to gain 60 pounds in just a month. When I started training with Jon, our focus was on strengthening my back due to multiple injuries . . . After a specialist told me I needed to lose weight, [Jon and I] developed a diet plan focused on high-quality foods and the right macros.
I started at 350 pounds . . . I’m down to 280—a 70-pound loss! I feel great, my self-confidence has improved, and I give all the credit to the incredible team at Revolution Fitness."
